Intermediate
A full body mat workout. Improve core strength, coordination & stability. This is aimed at moving you on from Fundamentals to increase abdominal strength and all over body control. Also to increase your spinal flexibility & mobility.
Advanced
Engage your core like never before. A Matwork class with Punch. A full body workout using some of the more dynamic and challenging Pilates repertoire. Combining the Matwork, Magic Circles, Foam Rollers, Dyna-Bands, Gliders & Balls to fully activate and engage the core muscles. This class will challenge your core strength & stability. Suited for advanced level.
Pregnancy Pilates
Maintaining a regular exercise routine throughout your pregnancy can help you stay healthy and feel your best. Pilates during pregnancy can improve your posture and decrease some common discomforts such as backaches and fatigue. This class is designed to accommodate all stages of pregnancy, as well as post-pregnancy. Keeping a healthy toned body throughout pregnancy and after the birth, in a safe controlled session.
