All classes are 45minutes in length.
RELEASE; A flowing, full body Mat workout using your own body as resistance. Tone while increasing your spinal flexibility & mobility. Designed to release and ease lower back, neck and shoulder tension. Stretch and tone to this complete combination of body, mind and spirit. Easy routine; easy to follow, easy safe movements, winning combination of stretching and relaxation.
BEGINNERS INTRO: An Introduction to Pilates, breaking movements down to their simplest form. Exercises are selected for their simplicity for ease of learning and safety, while body awareness and core strength are being developed.
FUNDAMENTAL: The exercises in this program aim to help develop a better understanding of how you move and carry your body. They are performed slowly and require focus and concentration; effectively developing body awareness and gradually lays the foundation for more complex exercises to follow. Giving you the ability to integrate this awareness into how you more in your normal everyday activities.
INTERMEDIATE 1: At
this level we start to have an awareness of core control and precision
of movement and develop this understanding further with muscle toning
and stretching exercises. Working on flowing movements and developing
balance
INTERMEDIATE 2: Breathing is fluent and core
control is more natural so exercises are designed to be a bit more
dynamic working the entire abdominal area, legs hips and shoulders.
Focus on training the ability to isolate and control different muscle
groups.
ADVANCED: At this level we have been working on the fundamentals for some time so you should have developed a good awareness of core and spine strength and have the ability to retain posture through a variety of movements. We now start to challenge strength, stabilization and endurance. A challenging, calorie burning workout .
POSTURE: This class
is designed for all levels. It’s a ‘back to basics’
class with specific postural lengthening and mobility based exercises
designed to relieve tension. Developing correct postural alignment so
you can move with ease.
If lower back pain, neck tension and postural problems are
cramping your quality of life, this program is for you.

Private Pilates Timetable
Private Pilates sessions are by appointment only, at present we have sesions available with one of our private instructors. We have female instructors, though all have experience with both male and female clients.
